Each product supplied by Infritec Solution LLC comes with its own warranty status, depending on the type and condition of the item:
New & Certified Hardware – Covered by a one-year warranty (or manufacturer warranty where applicable).
Refurbished Hardware – Covered by a standard 12-month warranty.
Reconditioned Units – Covered by a 3–12 month warranty, depending on the product category and condition.
Special or Clearance Stock – Warranty terms may vary and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If you experience any issues with hardware supplied by us, we will provide a replacement immediately. In the rare event that a suitable substitute cannot be sourced from our inventory, we will issue a full refund.
Advance replacements may also be available in certain cases, subject to approval.
In the unlikely event you need to return an item under warranty, Infritec Solution LLC will act promptly to resolve the issue. Our process includes:
Attempting to repair the faulty unit.
Issuing a replacement if repair is not possible.
Providing a refund at the original invoice value if a suitable replacement cannot be sourced.
Please note: While we replace or refund faulty equipment supplied by us, we cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, downtime, or costs incurred by your business due to equipment failure.
Infritec Solution LLC does not provide software licensing for any hardware supplied. Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses directly from the vendor.
Our warranty does not cover software-related issues, and we strongly recommend testing all units before deployment into production environments.
